Service quality often emerged as a critical point of dissatisfaction, with guests noting inadequate treatment and unprepared reception staff. The hotel's advertised images of certain facilities, such as the hall and breakfast area, did not meet the actual experience according to some reviews, creating a discrepancy that affected the overall guest perception.
