Guests frequently commend the remarkable service, highlighting the welcoming and polite nature of the staff, who are consistently attentive and kind. The combination of excellent service and the hotel’s strategic location ensures that it meets and often exceeds guests' expectations.
Breakfast at Chauã Porto Hotel receives widespread praise for its variety and quality, featuring a range of options such as fruits, breads, cakes and cold cuts. Though a few guests find the breakfast could benefit from more variety, the overall consensus is positive with many considering it a delightful start to their day, thanks to the well-managed and tasty offerings.
The rooms are appreciated for their spaciousness and cleanliness with daily housekeeping keeping them tidy and comfortable. Despite this, some guests have noted issues with noisy air conditioning, outdated furniture and occasional musty smells. Bathrooms, in particular, are pointed out as needing renovation due to outdated infrastructure and cleaning inconsistencies.
While the staff is a standout feature, providing exemplary and friendly service, the Wi-Fi service falls short of expectations with frequent complaints about weak and unreliable signals, especially in the rooms.
The pool area, though aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, elicits mixed reviews. Guests enjoy the tranquil setting, but some find the pool too small and occasionally dirty, especially during peak times when it can become crowded.
