A-ROSA Tegernsee offers a comprehensive wellness experience highlighted by its well-maintained and largely praised spa area. Guests are particularly fond of the hotel's swimming facilities, which feature an indoor pool that is commonly noted as pleasant and sufficient for relaxation. The pool is considered large enough to swim seriously, yet its size can feel a bit constrained with too many visitors. Despite its appeal, several guests have remarked on the pool's cool temperature, suggesting it could be a few degrees warmer for optimal comfort. Operating hours until 8:00 PM also limit accessibility for some. Nevertheless, for those seeking an attractive wellness area with a quality pool, this hotel remains a desirable choice.

The pool at Parkhotel Egerner Höfe has received a mix of reviews from guests. While some have found it to be an okay size, others have criticized it for being too small or more of an outdoor bathtub. Despite hotel rules prohibiting it, some children have been observed playing in the pool. The new pool design has been praised, but guests have noted that it's still too small for actual swimming. Some guests have also opted to swim in the nearby lake due to the size and lack of adequate amenities in the hotel pool area. However, there have been positive comments about the long pool being suitable for lap swimming and the ability to swim outside. Some reviews are in foreign languages with one identifying the word 'bazén', meaning pool in Slovak.
