Monte Hotel's spa has garnered mixed feedback from its guests. Many reviews highlight the facility's cleanliness and cozy atmosphere, making it a pleasant retreat for those seeking relaxation after activities like skiing. Guests particularly appreciate the sauna, often described as great or wonderful with additional praise for the hammam and steam room. The Jacuzzi, while mentioned several times, received mixed reviews about its temperature.
However, the spa has areas in need of improvement. Multiple reviews indicate that the spa area requires renovation, citing issues such as black mold, a broken door and shingles falling off the facade. Additionally, some guests were disappointed with the basic spa services, the cloudy pool water and the noisy environment.
An aspect to note is the extra charges for the use of certain facilities like the pool and sauna, which didn't sit well with all visitors. Despite these drawbacks, the core offerings of the spa—including wet and dry saunas—are well-received, contributing positively to guest experiences at Monte Hotel.
