Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis is lauded for its convenient location near Kuala Lumpur International Airport, making it an attractive option for transit passengers or short stays. Although situated in an industrial area away from the main terminals, it offers a good value for money with clean and simple rooms. The proximity to the Sepang International Circuit and Mitsui Outlet Park adds to its appeal for some visitors.
Breakfast at the hotel receives mixed reviews. While guests appreciate the inclusion and early availability of breakfast, many find the options limited and the quality lacking. In contrast, dinner offerings are generally better received with positive comments about the quality of the in-house and attached Japanese restaurant, although choices remain limited, especially for vegetarians.
Rooms, described as extremely small but clean, are equipped with essential facilities, providing adequate comfort for short stays. However, the lack of soundproofing and occasional maintenance issues can be bothersome. The cleanliness of the hotel is generally praised, though there are sporadic reports of dust, stains and pests.
The staff at Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis are frequently commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, particularly at the reception. Despite isolated incidents of unhelpful personnel, the overall sentiment towards the staff remains positive.
Internet access through the hotel's WiFi is satisfactory for most guests, though some experience connectivity issues. Parking facilities receive mixed feedback with some guests finding it convenient and others noting limited space and security concerns.
Beds at the hotel are generally comfortable, aiding in a good night's sleep, but there are occasional concerns about bed cleanliness and the condition of mattresses.
Overall, Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis offers a budget-friendly, no-frills accommodation ideal for transit or short stays. While it has basic amenities and some areas for improvement, it provides clean, comfortable and accessible lodging with the added benefit of a convenient shuttle service.
