While some guests found their stay pleasant, there were a few small things that fell below their 5 star standard, such as outdated rooms that lacked luxury features. Nonetheless, guests from all over the world have raved about this hotel with many describing it as a "really fantastic" 5 star hotel. French-speaking guests have also noted the "très bel endroit et avec un service de qualité" while describing the fabulous hotel located in a magnificent park.
