Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa offers a mixed experience when it comes to their pool facilities. While some guests enjoyed the lovely and clean swimming pool and spa area, others encountered issues such as the pool being out of order, restricted access at certain times for aqua aerobics and a strong smell of chlorine. Parents with kids also noted that the pool wasn't always open and could be quite cold. However, those who were able to use the pool praised its cleanliness and enjoyed its lovely surroundings. If you're interested in taking advantage of the pool at this hotel, it's a good idea to check with staff regarding access and any potential restrictions.
