For those wanting to explore further afield, an amazing beach is just two minutes away by car, while the hotel itself is situated in a peaceful and quiet location, not far from Tinos Village. Guests have described the location as ideal for relaxation and very nice. However, one guest did have a negative experience, as they felt misled by the website description, expecting the hotel to be in Tinos City but finding it was actually located 12.5km away in the small village of Komi.

The staff is highly skilled, extremely communicative and ready to assist you subject to any question/clarification. Throughout our stay, we experienced nothing but fantastic service from the lovely Greek people working there. Joseph and Heni stood out for being the most welcoming and accommodating hosts, always checking up on us to make sure we were okay. We also loved the service from Hassan and his lovely wife, as well as Jossif's knowledge and accommodating nature. The personnel was always on hand to help and the communication with the staff was great. The service team was exceptionally nice and very professional, making us feel at home every step of the way. We particularly appreciate the woman who cleaned our room, as she was always smiling and went the extra mile to make our stay an enjoyable one. The staff is very friendly, gentle and kind, always ready to provide excellent service and make your stay memorable. Overall, Ursa Major Suites has an excellent staff and breakfast in a beautiful place and we're grateful for the warm welcome we received from the hosts and hotel staff.
