Although some guests mentioned poor WiFi and disappointment with the breakfast not being up to the standards of a 5-star hotel, the overall experience was exceptional. The hotel offers real five-star service and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Some guests even had access to a jacuzzi in their room for an additional fee.
