Breakfast at the establishment garners mixed but generally positive reviews. Nevertheless, some guests see room for improvement, particularly in terms of variety and freshness with requests for more hot food options.
Dining at the hotel's restaurant is mostly well-received with many guests noting the quality and flavor of the food. Despite minor issues such as specific meals being cold or certain ingredients being hard to detect, the overall dining experience is seen as good value for money.
The rooms are largely praised for their spaciousness and comfort, especially the chalet-style design and cozy atmosphere. Guests mention the excellent bedding and quietness, ensuring a restful stay. Minor cleanliness issues, such as dust and occasional lapses, do surface in some reviews, but the overall impression remains positive with most rooms being very clean and well-kept.
The staff consistently receive high marks for their friendly, professional and attentive nature. Guests appreciate the warm reception and accommodating service, though a few noted that some reception staff could be more approachable. Overall, the versatile and responsive teams enhance the guest experience significantly.
