The hostel offers a variety of spacious, cozy rooms set in a charming old Spanish house with a magnificent terrace providing great views. Despite these minor drawbacks, the rooms' welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff make it a highly recommended stay.
Cleanliness at Hostel Tenerife is generally praised, especially the spotless and well-equipped kitchen, clean rooms and very clean bathrooms. The common areas are maintained to a high standard of hygiene, although some guests suggest more regular cleaning in specific areas and improvements in the bathrooms. The hostel offers comfortable and large beds with single beds being particularly appreciated over the commonly found bunk beds in other hostels. However, some guests report outdated and worn-out mattresses, often too soft or poor in quality and pillows lacking cushioning.
