The setting is undeniably luxurious, boasting a classy establishment complemented by attentive and helpful staff. Guests praise the delightful culinary offerings and the wonderful spa facilities, underscoring the hotel as a place of relaxation and indulgence. While the service often matches a five-star standard, some guests feel that certain aspects of the hotel don't quite align with the full expectations of a five-star establishment.
