Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
SureStay Plus by Best Western Mesa Superstition Springs has garnered largely positive reviews across multiple categories, highlighting its strengths particularly in location, breakfast, cleanliness, staff and beds.
The hotel enjoys a prime location, praised for its proximity to major interstates, attractions and amenities. It's conveniently situated near the Superstition Springs Mall, various dining options, shopping centers and entertainment venues. This makes it suitable for both short stays and longer visits. Guests also find the nearby Walmart and other stores an added convenience. The central location allows easy access to Gilbert, central Mesa and key venues like Leisure World, further adding to its appeal.
Guests generally rate the breakfast experience highly, appreciating well-prepared hot options like scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The clean, well-organized breakfast room and courteous staff contribute to a pleasant dining atmosphere. However, mixed opinions exist regarding variety and quality, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the overall sentiment leans towards satisfaction.
Cleanliness is another strong point with rooms frequently described as very clean and well-kept. While there are occasional minor issues, the modern feel of the facilities and well-maintained common areas add to the positive perception.
The staff is frequently described as courteous, friendly and accommodating with specific mentions of exceptional service from individuals like Cody and Lisa. Although there are isolated reports of rudeness, the general consensus is that the staff contributes positively to the guest experience.
Comfortable beds also enhance the stay with many guests finding them very comfortable and supportive. Instances of smaller beds than expected and occasional noise disturbances are rare with most guests reporting a restful night.
For business travelers, the hotel offers business-friendly facilities, easy access to the airport and a conducive environment for productivity, making it an ideal choice.
The hotel's amenities, such as the outdoor pool, add to the overall positive experience. Guests appreciate the cleanliness and the heated pool, although there are some notes on its small size and need for better landscaping.
In conclusion, SureStay Plus by Best Western Mesa Superstition Springs provides a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff, a convenient location and satisfactory breakfast offerings, making it a reliable choice for travelers.
