B&B HOTEL Rouen Parc des Expos Zénith is well-regarded for its parking facilities. Guests appreciate the large, free, on-site parking lot which provides plenty of spaces, making it especially convenient for those arriving by car. The parking is easily accessible and located right outside the hotel, adding to its convenience. Security is another strong point with the parking lot being closed and secured at night, ensuring peace of mind for travelers. Additionally, charging stations are available, which is an added benefit for electric vehicle owners. Despite some remarks about the parking spaces being small or occasionally undersized for the number of rooms, the overall sentiment is positive. The hotel’s strategic location, ease of parking and accessible self check-in system contribute to its appeal, making it a reliable choice for travelers passing through Rouen.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Parking' category
Summarized by AI
The parking at Premiere Classe Rouen Sud - Parc Des Expositions receives a mixed consensus from visitors. On the positive side, guests appreciated the free, calm, clean and secure nature of the parking area. The parking lot was mentioned to be well-sized, easy to access and visible from the rooms, enhancing the sense of security. It contributes to the overall good value for money offered by the hotel with some guests highlighting the convenience of having nearby restaurants and a bus stop to reach the city center.
However, there were notable criticisms regarding the parking situation. Some guests found the parking tight, especially for larger vehicles and noted that it did not correspond to the number of rooms, leading to a saturated and sometimes impossible maneuvering space. The parking lot was often full, particularly with trucks and vans, which strained the available spaces. Despite these challenges, the secured nature of the parking was consistently appreciated.

Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
HotelF1 Rouen Zénith Parc Expo enjoys a commendable reputation largely thanks to its strategic location, particularly for event attendees at the nearby Zénith arena. Nestled on a quiet access road on Rouen's outskirts, it offers easy access to highways and convenient parking. Accessibility is further enhanced by a nearby bus stop providing frequent services to Rouen's city center. The hotel is surrounded by various dining options and a supermarket, adding to its convenience for business travelers and event-goers. Despite the ongoing roadworks and the less scenic surroundings, its quiet setting ensures a peaceful night's rest.
The rooms at this budget-friendly hotel are often praised for their cleanliness and comfort. Guests appreciate the tidy, well-maintained rooms, modern decor and comfortable beds, making it an adequate choice for short stays. Proximity to the Zenith and a quiet environment are additional highlights. While the compact size of the rooms and bathrooms and the lack of in-room toilets and showers may be a drawback for some, the overall value for money is frequently underscored. Some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues are noted but do not overshadow the generally positive impression.
Cleanliness in the hotel is primarily commended with many guests expressing satisfaction with the well-maintained rooms and fresh linens. The welcoming and friendly reception staff contribute positively to the overall guest experience. Stéphane and other staff members are often singled out for their warm and professional service, enhancing the guests' stay from check-in to check-out.
However, the breakfast experience garners mixed reviews. Guests appreciate the early start time, the variety of choices available, including very good bread and coffee and the ability to purchase breakfast without pre-booking. Nonetheless, the breakfast area is often described as too small and overcrowded with some guests commenting on the basic and repetitive food options and the need for improvements in both quality and variety.
Finally, bed comfort at the hotel receives mixed reactions. While many guests find the beds clean and comfortable, others raise concerns about hard mattresses and thin pillows. Despite some criticisms, the overall sentiment remains leaningly positive, noting the adequate comfort provided for a budget-friendly stay.
In summary, HotelF1 Rouen Zénith Parc Expo stands out for its favorable location, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. While there are areas for improvement, particularly concerning breakfast quality, room amenities and bed comfort, the hotel offers reasonable value and practical convenience for short stays and event attendance.
