Its prime location allows easy access to nearby attractions such as the historical city of Byblos, making it a convenient base for exploring the region. The serene setting, complemented by the beautiful sea and mountain views, is frequently highlighted by guests.
One of the standout features of the hotel is its breakfast, which many describe as delicious and authentic, often comparable to that of a five-star hotel. The breakfast experience is further enhanced by the breathtaking sea view. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the absence of jam in some instances and calls for a bit more variety, the overall sentiment about breakfast remains highly positive.
While the rooms have received mixed reviews, many guests appreciate their spaciousness and comfort. The bungalows are particularly noted for their beauty and cleanliness. However, issues such as outdated facilities, cleanliness concerns and maintenance problems have been mentioned, indicating a need for improvements in these areas.
Cleanliness at Four Seasons Halat also has mixed reviews. While several guests found the rooms and suites to be clean and well-maintained, others reported issues such as dirty rooms, mold and unpleasant smells. Insects and mosquitoes were a frequent concern for some visitors. Despite these mixed experiences, many guests still found the environment to be inviting.
The staff at Four Seasons Halat consistently receive praise for their friendliness, professionalism and dedication to customer service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Special recognition is often given to individual staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
The pool area garners mixed reviews as well. When operational, it offers a stunning view and a delightful combination of pool and sea experiences. However, frequent closures without prior notification have led to some disappointment among guests.
The beds at the hotel receive varied feedback. While some guests found them comfortable, others noted issues with worn-out mattresses, thin pillows and old sheets, indicating a need for improvement in bedding quality.
In summary, Four Seasons Halat offers a beautiful and peaceful location with stunning views, a noteworthy breakfast experience and exceptional staff service. However, improvements in room maintenance, cleanliness and bed quality would enhance the overall guest experience.
