Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Kyriad Hotel Airport Jakarta is praised for its strategic location near Soekarno-Hatta Airport, making it a convenient choice for those with connecting flights. Although some guests find the hotel slightly further from the airport than expected, its proximity to malls and restaurants adds appeal for short-term stays. The hotel offers a good value-for-money experience for airport transit, despite some limitations in activities and shuttle service schedules.
The breakfast service at Kyriad Hotel Airport Jakarta garners mixed reviews, with many appreciating the variety and taste, particularly the presence of egg dishes prepared by staff. However, there are suggestions for improvement in diversity, presentation, and cleanliness to enhance the dining experience.
Rooms at the hotel also receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding them comfortable, spacious, and clean for short stays. Daily cleaning services are well-received, yet reports of small rooms, outdated facilities, and occasional cleanliness issues highlight areas needing attention. Despite these concerns, the hotel sufficiently meets basic transit needs.
Cleanliness remains a variable concern, with reviews noting issues like dirty bathrooms and linens, though some guests find the hotel clean and soundproofed. The disparity between online photos and actual conditions suggests room for enhancement in this aspect.
The staff at Kyriad Hotel Airport Jakarta are frequently lauded for their friendliness, helpfulness, and excellent communication, particularly in arranging seamless airport transfers. While language barriers occasionally exist, the hotel's team is commended for their warm and accommodating service.
The swimming pool is appreciated for its cleanliness and size, providing a refreshing diversion for guests. Nonetheless, instances of closure for maintenance and limited seating options suggest areas for improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.
The beds in the hotel are widely praised for their comfort, greatly contributing to the overall appeal, especially for travelers seeking rest between flights. Despite some remarks about cleanliness issues with bedsheets, the comfortable beds are a notable positive of the hotel experience.
Overall, Kyriad Hotel Airport Jakarta is recognized for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds, though there is room for improvement in areas like cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast diversity to fully meet guest expectations.
