Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Red Lion Inn & Suites Blue Springs provides a convenient and accessible location for travelers, especially those attending events at Arrowhead Stadium. Its proximity to various dining options and shopping centers is a significant advantage, although some guests have mentioned occasional highway noise. The breakfast service at the hotel is well-received by many for its freshness and variety that includes eggs, sausages, and biscuits, but there are suggestions for improvements in variety and service timing to enhance the experience.
Rooms are clean and spacious, offering comfortable accommodations with welcoming beds that many find satisfactory. Despite some maintenance issues and occasional musty odors, the cleanliness of the rooms is mainly upheld, although there are some areas, such as air conditioning units and shower curtains, that could benefit from more attention.
The hotel staff, particularly noted for their friendliness and helpfulness, leave guests with a positive impression and contribute significantly to the pleasant atmosphere. The management's professionalism and attentive service are often acknowledged, with special mentions of outstanding staff members, like Maria at the front desk.
While the hotel's pool is a feature of intrigue due to its saltwater appeal, the colder temperatures and strong chlorine smell often deter its use, and the area would benefit from more frequent cleaning. The beds are a strong point for the hotel, with many guests appreciating the comfort and cleanliness they offer, enhancing the overall relaxation and experience during their stay. Overall, the Red Lion Inn & Suites Blue Springs is recognized for providing comfort and convenience, with room for improvement in certain areas to further heighten guest satisfaction.
