Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Extended Stay America Select Suites in Deerfield Beach is highly regarded for its strategic location, offering easy access to major routes, local amenities, and the beach, appealing to both business and leisure travelers. The site's convenient parking and efficient check-in process enhance guests' experience, while its unique charm is highlighted by occasional wild rooster sightings and nearby affordable dining options.
The hotel's rooms, described as spacious and apartment-like, are well-equipped with full kitchens, providing a comfortable and homely ambiance for extended stays. Guests appreciate the modern renovations, cleanliness, and the organized environment, although feedback on bed comfort varies. While some find the beds extremely comfortable, others encounter issues such as back pain due to the softness of mattresses.
Cleanliness reviews are mostly positive, particularly for individual rooms and communal areas like the lobby and parking. However, shared spaces like hallways and elevators often receive criticism for dirtiness and unpleasant odors, affecting overall standards. Despite this, the property is considered well-maintained and functional.
The staff consistently receive praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, significantly contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. Interactions with team members like Austin and the manager are particularly noted for enhancing guest experiences despite occasional noise disruptions.
The breakfast offering, originally marketed as complimentary, has shifted to basic options, leaving some guests dissatisfied due to limited variety and weak coffee. This simplified breakfast experience means travelers might need to explore alternative morning meal arrangements during their stay.
Overall, Extended Stay America Select Suites - Deerfield Beach is celebrated for its excellent location, good value, and hospitable service, making it a favored option among those seeking affordability and quality.
