Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel and Suites garners significant praise for its strategic and convenient location. It’s ideally situated close to the PTC Miami Pilot training school, Zoo Miami and the Tamiami Airport, making it a top choice for guests with specific travel needs and those exploring the Everglades or heading to Key West or Fort Lauderdale. The tranquil and pleasant setting is a plus, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants and major highways, facilitating convenient day trips.
Guests find the breakfast experience mostly positive with many citing the freshness, variety and taste of the options provided, such as eggs, fruits, waffles and coffee. Although there's some room for improvement regarding variety and organization, the high quality and satisfying meals often enhance the stay.
The dinner options, although limited, are generally well-received with the bar providing a cozy atmosphere and commendable food quality. The friendly barman and happy hour specials contribute to the positive dining experiences, though the closing time at 10 PM is noted as a downside.
Accommodations at the hotel are appreciated for their spaciousness, modern decor and practical amenities like refrigerators and microwaves. The rooms are considered clean, cozy and inviting, although there are occasional complaints about housekeeping consistency and minor maintenance issues. However, the comfortable beds are frequently praised for providing a restful night’s sleep.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel is predominantly well-regarded with guests appreciating the modern and well-maintained facilities. While there are some reports of less frequent room cleaning and specific cleanliness issues, the overall environment is described as clean and pleasant.
The staff at the hotel are generally commended for their friendliness and professionalism, contributing to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Despite instances of inattentiveness or unhelpfulness from some staff members, the majority of interactions are positive, enhancing guests' overall experience.
Wi-Fi service at the hotel receives mixed feedback with some guests highlighting strong, stable connections and others encountering weak coverage and intermittent connectivity issues.
The gym and pool facilities receive varied reviews. While their presence is appreciated, maintenance and updates are needed to meet guests' expectations fully. The gym equipment, in particular, is often reported as broken or insufficient and the pool area is noted for its cleanliness but also its small size and occasional outdated condition.
Families find the hotel to be very accommodating and family-friendly, despite a few minor drawbacks such as thin sofa bed mattresses and occasional shortages of towels. The comfortable and spacious environments are seen as suitable for family visits.
Beds at the hotel generally receive positive feedback for their comfort, adding to a restful sleep experience, though some guests report issues with mattresses and bedding quality.
Overall, the Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel and Suites offers a satisfactory stay with reasonable pricing, clean accommodations and friendly service, making it a reliable choice for travelers seeking a blend of comfort and convenience in Miami.
