The exceptional staff, characterized as friendly, helpful and accommodating, led to a fantastic stay. Despite a few complaints about the size of some rooms or the cost of parking, Hotel Pacai, Vilnius, a Member of Design Hotels is considered one of the best hotels in Vilnius and the perfect destination for a luxury stay.
