Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Peppers Clear Mountain, the pool area presents itself as a striking and expansive feature of the property, offering guests an opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views while unwinding. The large swimming pool is frequently praised for its generous size, making it an ideal spot for children to splash around, and its aesthetic appeal adds to the overall allure, inviting guests to appreciate its beauty during quieter hours.
Despite its impressive size, the pool seems to have a cooler temperature, as noted in several remarks, prompting mixed feelings about its warmth. While some find it a refreshing escape, others have expressed a wish for a heated option. However, this temperature variation does not greatly overshadow the appreciation of the pool's visual charm and relaxing ambiance.
Attractive though it is, the area around the pool lacks ample shade, an aspect that might affect afternoon lounging preferences. Additionally, there's a suggestion for potential upgrades to maintain its inviting atmosphere and cleanliness.
Whether indulging in a solitary swim in the early hours or accompanying children in their playful frolic, the pool continues to be a favored spot that complements the overall beauty of the lodge and its surroundings. Combined with the property's delightful service and culinary offerings, including a noted buffet breakfast, the pool area remains a functional yet scenic focal point, enhancing the guests' experience at Peppers Clear Mountain.
