The Best Western Plus Hôtel Isidore offers a spa experience that guests generally enjoy, with emphasis on its pleasant and nicely maintained facilities. The spa is described as small yet effective, providing a tranquil atmosphere especially when visited during less crowded times. Visitors appreciate the various features available, including a sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, and a balneotherapy bath. Towels, robes, and slippers enhance the level of comfort during the spa visit. The wellness space reflects quality, and access to these amenities is conveniently available until late in the evening, adding to the overall guest satisfaction. However, some guests believe there’s room for improvement to meet the expectations of a 4-star rating. Despite this, the combined offerings of the spa area and the cleanliness of the rooms contribute to a positive hotel experience.
