Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello is a luxurious historic hotel with a heritage component. Despite its high lodging prices, everything at Montebello is special and unique. The hotel itself is a superb resort with a warm and luxurious ambiance. The hotel's main hall with its fireplaces and wooden logs is exceptional. Many guests have described the hotel as magical and amazing with beautiful rooms and excellent hotel services that meet the expected 5-star ranking. However, a few guests did not find the hotel up to their standards and found it overrated with poor management and service unworthy of a hotel of this level.
