La Quinta by Wyndham Wichita Northeast offers an indoor pool that has received mixed reviews from guests. Numerous reviewers appreciated that the pool area was clean and well-maintained with an adequate stock of towels and a pleasant temperature for swimming. The pool was often described as nice and warm with many families enjoying their time there and swimming multiple times during their stay. However, the pool also faced several criticisms. Guests frequently noted that the pool was too small and often crowded, particularly during events like local birthday parties. There were mentions of the water being chilly or even cold, contrary to the opinions of those who found it warm. Several reviews cited a strong chlorine smell and concerns about the pool’s chlorine levels, suggesting a need for better ventilation. Maintenance issues occurred as well with some guests experiencing closures during their visit, leading to disappointment.
Overall, while the indoor pool at La Quinta by Wyndham Wichita Northeast gets praise for its cleanliness and enjoyable temperature, its small size, occasional maintenance problems and strong chlorine odor detract from the experience.
