The staff are friendly and helpful with Milena and Efi particularly highlighted. The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and various amenities, though some furniture and bathrooms may be outdated. The breakfast is generally satisfactory, though some guests found it limited or lacking vegetarian options.
