Many appreciate the cleanliness, fresh bedding, towels and amenities such as air conditioning, free WiFi, a mini fridge, a kettle and streaming services on TV. The comfortable beds, often described as large and supportive, contribute to a restful stay. However, some guests note occasional issues with room maintenance, outdated fixtures and noise insulation.
The hotel staff receives significant praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a positive guest experience.
