Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Marriott Hotel Buenos Aires Ezeiza Airport, is frequently praised for its prime location near Ezeiza International Airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers with early flights or layovers. The complimentary shuttle service is a notable benefit, enhancing the hotel's accessibility and adding to the stress-free travel experience. Guests also appreciate the hotel's quiet, green setting, which provides a restful environment away from the bustling city center.
Breakfast at the hotel generally receives positive feedback for its variety and quality with a buffet that includes scrambled eggs, pastries and sausages. While some find it a bit pricey and lacking in certain elements, the majority of guests enjoy the complete and tasty offerings. The dining experience is further enhanced by the friendly and helpful dining staff, although some early travelers miss out due to their flight schedules.
The hotel's dinner options, especially the Italian restaurant and El Mangrullo steakhouse, receive high acclaim for their superb food quality and generous portions. Many guests highlight the exceptional steaks and pasta dishes, complemented by excellent service. Despite some criticisms regarding prices and lighting, the overall dining experience is considered a highlight of the stay.
Rooms at the hotel are often described as spacious and comfortable with large beds and modern amenities. However, updates and minor improvements in cleanliness, noise control and temperature regulation are suggested by some guests. The bathrooms receive mixed reviews with issues noted regarding old fixtures and inconsistent showers, but are generally clean and well-maintained.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel is typically commended, contributing to an inviting and organized environment. The staff's attentiveness and professionalism are frequently celebrated with many guests praising their friendly and efficient service, which significantly enhances guest satisfaction.
Wi-Fi availability is appreciated, though the connection quality varies with some guests experiencing weak and unreliable signals. The spa offers a luxurious experience with quality services but may involve additional fees and restricted access for children, impacting some family experiences. The gym is well-equipped and clean, albeit with occasional accessibility issues.
Parking facilities are secure and convenient, though some guests note crowding and the distance of uncovered parking from the hotel entrance as minor drawbacks. The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere is praised, offering suitable amenities for those traveling with children, despite certain restrictions like the pool access.
Overall, guests consistently commend the hotel for its location, comfort, cleanliness and exceptional staff service, making Holiday Inn Ezeiza Airport a recommended choice for travelers seeking convenience and quality accommodations near the airport.
