Visitors commend the quality and freshness of the breakfast, served by an attentive and friendly staff, despite some noting a limited menu. The spacious, comfortable rooms are also a highlight, featuring stylish decor, ample amenities and cozy beds. Although some guests spot minor cleanliness issues and occasional noise, the overall room experience remains highly positive.
The staff stands out for their friendliness, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile, making a significant contribution to the positive guest experience. Effective communication further enhances guests' stays, particularly through the responsive use of WhatsApp.
Guests generally find the WiFi reliable and fast, suited for both leisure and work-related tasks. The spa facilities are widely enjoyed for their cozy and pleasant ambiance, although certain elements like extra costs and booking requirements draw some criticism. The luxurious and well-maintained outdoor pool, set amidst a charming garden, is often mentioned as a delightful retreat, although some guests suggest improvements to water temperature.
