The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, adding to the hotel's value. Despite some room-related drawbacks, such as occasional noise and outdated furnishings, guests appreciate the modern facilities and excellent hygiene standards. The spacious and modern rooms, featuring comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities, assure a comfortable stay.
Guests enjoy a satisfactory breakfast experience with a variety of sweet and savory options, although some suggest improvements to better align with a four-star expectation. Similarly, dinner offerings receive mixed feedback, with quality meals praised, yet logistical challenges in service noted.
While the WiFi experience is mixed, with better connectivity needed, the hotel excels in catering to guests' parking needs, offering high convenience and security with access directly from the rooms.
