Some were disappointed with having to pay extra for pool usage or not being able to use the spa pool after booking massages. Nevertheless, the spa was able to accommodate guests' requests for comfortable spa experiences, such as the Ultimate Detox Reviver. Additionally, the hotel offers good restaurants, a kids club and the unique concept of living on a protected island away from the crowds of Venice.
