Although the pool may be small, it makes for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring the city. Guests have access to the rooftop and outdoor pools, but unfortunately, the adult pool was under construction during some stays. However, the hotel did fail to provide prior notice when the swimming pool was closed for maintenance, leaving guests disappointed. The pool area lacks umbrellas for shade, making lounging on the chairs under the sun a bit uncomfortable. Some guests have reported that the pool is too small, making it awkward for guests to share. The kiddie pool was also closed for repairs during some stays. All leisure facilities were closed at times, leading some guests to suggest they should only be open for booked leisure purposes. The hotel's pool is small but has a beautiful view. Towels may be limited, but the cleanliness of the pool area shouldn't be compromised.
