Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint-Georges offers a pool that has garnered mixed feedback from guests. The pool is consistently described as small, often likened to a large bathtub or a narrow lap lane. While some guests appreciate it as a nice feature for cooling down in the summer heat, particularly mentioning the bar located conveniently next to it, others found the pool area to be cramped and overcrowded, especially given the hotel's size and the number of guests.
Many reviews highlight that the pool looks larger in photos than in reality, which has led to some disappointment. Additionally, several comments point out that the pool area, although generally tidy, could benefit from refurbishment and better maintenance. It’s noted that the pool sometimes feels too chlorinated and not as clean as expected, which has deterred some guests from using it.
Despite its size, the pool area is often praised for being a relaxing spot with a lively bar nearby, adding a social aspect to the guest experience. However, the pool’s limited hours, closing as early as 7 pm, were a downside for some. Overall, while the pool at Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint-Georges is considered a pleasant but minor amenity, it's not the main draw and might not meet expectations if looking for a larger or more luxurious pool experience.
