Cleanliness is generally praised but there were occasional critiques regarding dust and outdated decor. The staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences despite occasional understaffing.
The Wi-Fi service is seen as reliable, although some did experience connectivity issues or slower speeds. Family rooms are particularly praised for their spaciousness and accommodating layout, though some aspects like limited kid-specific activities could be improved. Beds are generally found to be comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, although personal preferences for firmness varied.
While the hotel doesn't always meet the high standards expected of a four-star rating, it provides a satisfactory and comfortable stay for most visitors. Its accessibility and free parking are advantageous and it remains a popular choice for those seeking a refreshing getaway in a peaceful setting.
