The ease of access to public transportation options, including the nearby Congress Center and Corrientes Avenue, ensures convenient travel throughout the city. The surrounding busy and safe streets, along with notable landmarks like the Obelisk, underscore the hotel’s strategic and desirable position.
Guests frequently highlight the staff's friendly and attentive service with many noting the exceptional assistance and accommodating attitudes of both the reception and kitchen staff. The hotel’s commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene standards is another highlight with rooms consistently described as very clean and well-maintained. Daily cleaning routines, including fresh towels and spotless bathrooms, contribute to a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.
The comfort of the beds is generally praised, contributing to restful stays for many. Despite some mentions of inconsistency in mattress quality and occasional issues with booking preferences, the overall feedback points to cozy and clean beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for most visitors.
However, the breakfast offerings receive mixed feedback. While some guests enjoy the simple and delicious breakfast when included, others find it limited in variety and sometimes not included in their reservations, leading them to seek options outside the hotel.
Rooms offer a mix of experiences. Cleanliness and bed comfort are commonly praised, along with good lighting and quality showers. However, the rooms occasionally feel small, poorly ventilated and exhibit signs of aging, such as outdated furniture and frayed linens. Issues like broken air conditioning, noise disturbances, musty smells and limited amenities also detract from the guest experience. Yet, the hotel's location and daily cleaning efforts manage to balance these drawbacks to some extent.
In summary, Hotel Parlamento offers a favorable stay with its central location, attentive staff, exemplary cleanliness and comfortable beds. While breakfast and room conditions present some variability, the overall positive aspects make it an attractive option for both casual tourists and first-time visitors to the city.
