Hotel Loob Valencia offers an experience that caters well to guests seeking convenience, comfort and modern amenities. The hotel's location is strategic for travelers wanting easy access to Valencia with the city center just a short drive away. The setting is charming, complemented by a unique layout consisting of two floors. However, its placement amidst highways necessitates having a car to conveniently navigate to and from the hotel.
The dinner offerings at Hotel Loob Valencia are affordable and provide good value for money, though improvements in service efficiency and food quality could certainly enhance the experience. While room service has faced criticism for slow delivery, the menu's pricing is commendable for a hotel setting.
The rooms are a standout feature, celebrated for cleanliness, modernity and spaciousness. Guests appreciate the large, comfortable beds and the well-maintained jacuzzis available in many rooms. The thoughtful design elements, such as mood lighting and home automation, contribute positively to the ambiance. Unique amenities like tantra chairs and mirrored ceilings add a touch of novelty, making the stay memorable. Minor inconveniences, such as fluctuating jacuzzi temperatures and occasional garage door issues, do occur but do not significantly detract from the overall positive impression.
Cleanliness receives mixed reviews. While many guests commend the super clean rooms and pleasant smells, some report issues like slightly dirty towels and occasional cigarette butts in the rooms. Nevertheless, when done right, the cleanliness standards are found to be satisfactory by most guests.
The staff also garner mixed reactions. Many guests praise them for their friendliness and high-quality service, particularly noting their quick and helpful responses both at the reception and through room service. However, there are also reports of rudeness, unmet complaints and noise disturbances, highlighting inconsistencies in staff performance and communication.
The hotel's unique parking experience is highly appreciated with private garages providing direct access to the rooms, enhancing privacy and convenience. Despite minor issues with garage doors, the overall setup adds significant comfort and security.
Noteworthy are the hotel's beds, frequently lauded for their size and comfort. Descriptions range from "giant" to "extra large," with the beds often becoming a highlight of guests' stays due to their exceptional comfort.
Overall, Hotel Loob Valencia offers a pleasurable stay characterized by modern, spacious rooms, unique amenities and convenient parking with room for improvement in service efficiency and cleanliness standards.
