Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Hacienda Forest View Hotel is highly praised for its stunning location nestled within lush forests. Guests frequently highlight the hotel's picturesque surroundings, tranquility and serene atmosphere, making it a perfect escape for relaxation and family vacations. Conveniently situated for various activities, it features inviting gardens, a pool, a pool bar and a dining room. Although the booking system could use some improvement, the hotel's natural beauty and attentive staff make it a magnificent location.
Breakfast at the hotel receives overwhelmingly positive reviews for its freshness, variety and abundance, catering well to different tastes, including children's preferences. The morning spread is described as delicious and rich with healthy options, complemented by friendly and polite service.
Dinner experiences are more mixed. While many commend the fresh and tasty food with a broad selection, some guests find the food inconsistent in temperature and flavor and the price relatively high considering its standard. The dinner buffet can become crowded, affecting the dining experience.
Rooms at the hotel offer varied experiences; while many are modern, spacious and beautifully decorated, some are outdated and in need of renovation. Cleanliness in rooms also shows discrepancies with some guests encountering neglected spaces. Overall, the newly renovated rooms are noted for their comfort and pleasant atmosphere.
Generally, the hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness in common areas, but certain facilities, including some rooms, could use enhancements in cleaning standards. The professional and friendly staff consistently receive high praise for their exceptional and responsive service, contributing significantly to a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
The hotelโs spa is well-received for its small, pleasant and well-maintained facilities with excellent massage services contributing to a serene experience. However, some guests are put off by additional costs for spa access and unexpected closures.
The pool is another highlight, offering beautiful views and a lovely setting, though it occasionally suffers from maintenance issues. Despite this, many guests enjoy the pool and its surrounding amenities.
Hacienda Forest View Hotel stands out as a family-friendly retreat with numerous activities for children, including a kids' club, children's room and various outdoor attractions. Families appreciate the large chess game, board games and the presence of a babysitter, making it a memorable getaway for both parents and children.
While many guests find the beds comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep, others report issues with mattress firmness and pillow quality, indicating room for enhanced bedding standards.
In summary, the Hacienda Forest View Hotel offers a beautiful, serene and family-friendly environment with excellent breakfast options, attentive service and various amenities. Some areas, especially dinner quality, room conditions and bedding, could benefit from improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
