The Imperial Suzano Shopping Hotel is highly regarded for its excellent location, strategically positioned in the heart of the city near key commercial areas, shopping centers, restaurants and the Suzano Registry Office. Guests appreciate the mere 10-minute walk to the train station, making it a prime spot for both business and leisure travelers. The staff's attentiveness and politeness further enhance the welcoming atmosphere, making visitors feel well-cared for throughout their stay.
Breakfast at the hotel consistently receives high praise with guests highlighting its diversity, quality and well-organized presentation. The variety of options available caters to different tastes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
The rooms are celebrated for their spaciousness and comfort, often featuring additional amenities such as kitchens, living rooms and balconies. Cleanliness is another strong point with many guests noting the impeccable standards maintained throughout the hotel. Although some rooms could benefit from renovations and additional utensils in the kitchens, the overall sentiment is positive with the large and comfortable rooms contributing significantly to the overall stay experience.
The staff's exceptional service stands out as a major highlight with consistent commendations for their friendliness, attentiveness and helpfulness. Their cordial demeanor and dedication to excellent service greatly enhance the guest experience, solidifying the hotel's reputation for outstanding customer care.
However, the free wifi service presents notable issues with many guests encountering instability and poor connectivity. This aspect requires improvements to meet guest expectations adequately.
The beds are generally well-received with many guests finding them comfortable and cozy. The availability of both double and single beds in spacious rooms is appreciated, though there are occasional mentions of old mattresses and less comfortable box beds.
In summary, Imperial Suzano Shopping Hotel offers a combination of a prime location, high-quality breakfast, spacious and clean rooms and exceptional staff service, making it a preferred choice for travelers.
