The staff is friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, providing exceptional customer service. The comfortable and spacious rooms are well-equipped with lovely furnishings and unique decor. The pool and hot tub are the best amenities of the property, providing a relaxing and refreshing experience for guests. The breakfast options vary with healthy choices available and while some guests were disappointed about breakfast not being included despite the brochure saying so, the kitchen is great for preparing meals. The hotel also offers bikes for rent, a perfect option for guests to ride into town. Some minor issues such as weak wifi, road noise or sewage smell in sinks and fridges were reported, but overall, the cleanliness of the property is exceptional. The beds received mixed reviews concerning comfort, but most guests seem to have enjoyed them. The Blue Iguana Inn is a great value for a superb experience and definitely the best value in Ojai, particularly with the addition of its fantastic restaurant, The Dutchess.
