Summarized by AI

Guests noted that the pool at Pinjarra Caravan Park and Cabins was very clean and well-maintained with many children enjoying their time there. Positive feedback highlighted that the pool was great, clear and part of a quiet park setting. However, there were some issues pointed out by a few guests, such as the pool not opening until 11am, brief periods when the pool and games room were locked and occasional water cloudiness that suggested it could use a thorough cleaning. Despite these minor setbacks, the staff was recognized for their excellence and overall the pool contributed positively to the guest experience.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category

Summarized by AI

Pinjarra Resort's pool draws a mix of opinions from guests, with many highlighting its inviting and clean environment. Guests often describe the pool as lovely and amazing, appreciating its atmosphere and considering it great value for money. The swimming pool area itself is noted for being pretty and conducive to enjoyable moments under the sun. However, some guests have encountered issues, such as the pool being empty or not in use, with reports of its condition not being accurately reflected in promotional materials. Maintenance problems, including cleanliness concerns, a lack of chlorine, and the pool needing resurfacing, have been noted. Size has also been a talking point, as it is often described as small, and sometimes overly crowded with children. Despite these drawbacks, when operational, the pool generally provides a nice place to relax and enjoy the resort's amenities.
