Families are particularly welcome with a lot of kids in the pool and a kids club available. The shallow water is safe for little ones to splash around in, making it a wonderful family-friendly holiday. The resort is also suitable for couples or groups of friends. However, one guest's experience was ruined due to a mouse infestation in their room and another ended up guiding less confident swimmers themselves. Overall, the staff are great and go a long way to make everyone happy and there is even free childcare available.
