The staff also goes above and beyond, as one guest said that a gentleman gave them a room to put down their stuff and shower after check-out. The hotel arranged transportation and outings for guests and even had a private nurse onsite. The staff's dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay is unmatched, making it the friendliest hotel one could ever visit. The Cliff Hotel is indeed a lovely place with wonderful staff and special thanks are extended to Sophia, Oleatra, Taji, Giovanni and all the staff for their excellent service.

The resort-style pool even features a swim-up bar, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink. While the waiting pool was temporarily out of service, the staff worked hard to get it back up and running as soon as possible. Guests were impressed with the level of attention shown to their needs, from staff members ensuring towels were available to a manager offering a room to store belongings and shower before departing. Though the pool is not heated, the ocean views more than make up for it and guests can happily take a dip before heading off to explore with their travel companions.
