The pool towels are a nice touch, but not always cleaned properly. It would be ideal to have waiter service at the pool, rather than having to get drinks yourself. Additionally, some guests have reported a limited number of people for the elevator and a lack of respect for COVID-19 measures by some guests. Overall, the pools are amazing, clean and well-maintained, although some improvements could be made.
