Some guests felt that the pool area was unkempt, in need of repairs and should be cleaner. The fact that the hot tub was closed for over two years but still advertised was also an issue. Some guests were frustrated with having to make reservations to swim in the pool and that there was a time limit. Others have mentioned noisy and unruly children and a family with very large kids doing cannonballs in the pool.
