Guests appreciate the warm and courteous staff who are not only kind to people but also attentive to the needs of dogs, often helping to sort out drinks and water for the pets.
The accommodations include pet-friendly policies and amenities, such as designated areas in public zones like the dining and bar sections where dogs are welcome to sit. This thoughtful approach ensures that dogs feel included and comfortable throughout the stay. The hotel's location is also noted as convenient and agreeable for dog owners.
However, it's important to be aware that some guests have mentioned disturbances from neighboring rooms with barking dogs and occasional hygiene issues, like a dog urinating near the lift entrance.
