We have removed our usage of single use plastics in guest rooms, insulated the family rooms which also have eco heaters and we encourage guests to reuse towels on stays over 3 days. We also encourage the use of public transport and local attractions. Organic waste is composted or where suitable, goes to feed our neighbour's chickens!
