Norfolk Waterside Marriott boasts an outstanding location in the heart of downtown with a waterfront view. Guests are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars and convenient to the interstate. The hotel is also close to many venues and attractions, making it the perfect location for business and leisure travelers alike. Although slightly inconvenient to get to for some, the value for food and the great location make up for it. The hotel's location played a crucial role in a guest's experience, as the quick response of the staff helped get paramedics to their room and their girlfriend transferred to a hospital. Other guests loved that the hotel was within walking distance to everything, including the Battleship Wisconsin and different restaurants in the area. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it a great place to stay during a visit to Norfolk.
