Parking convenience further enhances the experience for car travelers, despite the hotel's distance from large grocery stores and dining options.
The hotel’s breakfast menu contributes positively to the stay, featuring delicious and plentiful offerings, especially appreciated for its cottage cheese and Armenian cuisine, despite some guests finding the variety somewhat limited and repetitive. The rooms stand out for their spaciousness and cleanliness, equipped with new furniture and all necessary amenities that ensure comfort. Balconies provide scenic views, enhancing the overall appeal, and a swimming pool offers added leisure options. While there are isolated maintenance issues, the overall room experience remains satisfactory, aligning with competitive pricing.

Regular servicing of rooms and the pool maintains a tidy environment, despite occasional minor issues, such as mold in bathrooms. The staff at Primer Hotel receive unanimous praise for their friendliness, professionalism, and responsive service, contributing significantly to the hospitable atmosphere.
The small yet well-maintained pool offers a refreshing retreat, receiving accolades for cleanliness and helping guests cool off during hot weather. While some guests wish for slightly warmer water, it remains a pleasant amenity.
