The pool area is described as lovely and relaxing, while the pool itself is clean and of great size. However, some guests had negative experiences. The jacuzzi was not working and the pool was too cold for some. There were also cases of too many kids in the pool and noisy extractor/aircon units near the window of some rooms. Nevertheless, many guests enjoyed their morning swim and the pool was open until 10 pm. Overall, the hotel's pool, spa and gym facilities were brilliant for a hotel.
