Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Solina Resort & Spa is set in a picturesque and tranquil location near Lake Myczkowskie and a dam, making it an ideal retreat for nature enthusiasts and those seeking peace. Guests appreciate its closeness to the Bieszczady Mountains and nearby tourist attractions, which are easily accessible. The hotel offers stunning panoramic views from rooms and terraces, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience.
The hotel's breakfast and dinner offerings receive widespread praise. Guests highlight the variety and deliciousness of the breakfast buffet, catering to various dietary preferences, including vegans. While some critique the repetition and occasional lack of seasoning, the majority find the food quality and service commendable. Dinner options, in particular, are noted for their diversity and flexibility in timing with dishes often described as fantastic, though the menu might not fully satisfy non-meat eaters.
Rooms at the hotel draw mixed reactions. On the positive side, they are generally spacious, clean and comfortable with some offering beautiful views. However, many reviews point out dated decor and occasional maintenance issues such as faulty equipment and cleanliness lapses. Improvements in room amenities and modernization could significantly enhance guest satisfaction.
Cleanliness is largely praised with many guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. However, some inconsistencies in housekeeping services, such as uncleaned rooms and occasional dirty amenities, have been highlighted as areas needing attention.
The hotel staff stands out for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism, contributing greatly to a positive guest experience. Although there are occasional mentions of less satisfactory interactions, these are exceptions rather than the norm.
The hotel's Wi-Fi service receives considerable criticism for being weak or unreliable, especially in rooms, which affects guests needing stable internet connectivity.
The spa facilities receive mostly positive feedback, offering a range of relaxing treatments and amenities like a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. While some guests mention the spa's small size and occasional maintenance issues, the overall experience is deemed pleasant and relaxing.
The fitness room is positively reviewed for being tidy and adequately equipped, though some equipment is reported to need refurbishment.
The pool facilities, including both indoor and outdoor options, are appreciated for their cleanliness and inclusivity in the room price. However, guests have noted that the pools can be small and winter heating issues reduce their year-round appeal.
Parking at the hotel is spacious and free, though some guests have faced limited space and the inconvenience of having to park on access roads, alongside concerns about unguarded paid parking.
Families find the hotel highly accommodating with well-maintained playrooms and a child-friendly environment that extends to the outdoor pool and restaurant service. The peaceful ambiance and attentive service further enhance the family experience.
Bedding experiences at the hotel are mixed. While some guests find the beds comfortable, many report issues with bed arrangements, such as twin beds being pushed together and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, indicating a need for better consistency and quality in bed furnishings.
