The pools are good with two big pools and some offering hydro massages, but some of the loungers were broken and there were complaints about the limited availability of pool chairs. Renting a hut for shade was also described as a terrible experience. However, the huts provided by the hotel were well loved by guests. While some felt the pools were basic compared to others in Palm Beach, they were clean and as expected with amenities. Families appreciated that one of the pools was ideal for children. The downside was that all the pools and hot tubs closed at 7:00 pm and some of the hot tubs were not heated. Overall, the pool and beach were great for relaxation, but there was little entertainment provided during the day.
